Ingredients:

• 500 g – baby potatoes, peeled and washed well.
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – tandoori masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 tbsp – yogurt
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• salt to taste
• chopped Coriander leaves and Onion rings for garnishing

Method:

  1. Marinate the baby potatoes with the chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, lemon juice, yogurt, butter and salt and set aside for an hour.
  2. Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray and grill in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 30 mins or until evenly browned.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
