
Ingredients:
• 8 – Leftover idlis
• Onion – 2 or 3 medium size
• Curry leaves – few leaves
• Haldi powder – 1/4th tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Coriander leaves – a few
Method:
- Powder the idlis with your hands.
- Don’t squash it, make it into small pieces.
- Then in a kadai, heat oil, add mustard seeds.
- After it splutters, add urad dal, curry leaves and then add onion after it has fried for few minutes.
- Put the idlis and if you have idli chutney powder (moligai pudi), mix it well.
- If it is not there, you can put chilli powder as per your taste.
- Then just sprinkle a few drops of water and close the lid with some plate.
- After sometime, garnish with coriander leaves and eat it hot.
