Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – fresh Lime juice
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Methi powder (roasted Methi ground finely)
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• Asafoetida
• Mustard Seeds

Method:

  1. Add chilli powder, salt, methi powder to lime juice and mix well.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Add asafoetida and mustard seeds to the heated oil.
  4. When the mustard seeds pop, add it to the spicy lime juice mixture.
  5. Have it with dosas, idli.
