Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – fresh Lime juice
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Methi powder (roasted Methi ground finely)
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• Asafoetida
• Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Add chilli powder, salt, methi powder to lime juice and mix well.
- Heat oil.
- Add asafoetida and mustard seeds to the heated oil.
- When the mustard seeds pop, add it to the spicy lime juice mixture.
- Have it with dosas, idli.
