Ingredients:

• 200 g -macaroni
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 100 g – Potato
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the macaroni with a dab of ghee for 2- 3 mins. Wash it in cold water and set aside.
  2. Heat a kadai add oil and saute the onions and tomatoes for a while.
  3. Add the potatoes and simmer the mixture.
  4. Add the red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  5. Now add the macaroni and cook for 2 mins.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce and cheese.
