Ingredients:

• 750 gms – tender Pork cut into medium size pieces
• 2 – big onions, sliced
• 2 – big tomatoes, chopped
• 3 – green chillies, slit lengthwise
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 – big potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce

Method:

  1. Wash the pork and place in a greased oven proof dish.
  2. Cover the meat with the sliced onions, tomatoes, green chillies and potato slices.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce so as to cover the entire dish.
  4. Shake the dish so that the seasonings seep into the chops.
  5. Cover the dish with a lid or with or with aluminium foil and bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for about 45 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with toast and steamed vegetables.
