
Ingredients:
• 750 gms – tender Pork cut into medium size pieces
• 2 – big onions, sliced
• 2 – big tomatoes, chopped
• 3 – green chillies, slit lengthwise
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 – big potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
Method:
- Wash the pork and place in a greased oven proof dish.
- Cover the meat with the sliced onions, tomatoes, green chillies and potato slices.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce so as to cover the entire dish.
- Shake the dish so that the seasonings seep into the chops.
- Cover the dish with a lid or with or with aluminium foil and bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for about 45 minutes.
- Serve hot with toast and steamed vegetables.
