Ingredients:

• 8 – Chicken sausages
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – onion, finely sliced
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 4 Cloves – garlic, finely sliced
• 1/2 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – water
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Dilute red chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder in 2 tsp of water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry sliced onions till it is golden in color.
  3. Add curry leaves and garlic to it. Fry it for 3 – 4 minutes.
  4. Add diluted spice powder mix to it.
  5. Stir it well for 3 – 4 minutes or until the raw smell disappears and water dries up.
  6. Add sausage pieces and salt to it and mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Cover it with a lid and cook on low heat for 12 – 15 minutes or until it is done.
  8. Sprinkle extra pepper powder when serving.
  9. Serve as a side dish with rotis.
