
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – shrimp
• 2 cups – basmati Rice
• 1 – large Onion
• 1 tbsp – Butter or oil
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Cuminutes powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt
• Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the cleaned shrimp, ginger paste, red chilli powder, Cuminutes powder, garam masala, and the turmeric powder. Set it aside for some time.
- In a large vessel melt butter.
- Fry onions till slightly golden brown, then add garlic paste and fry for some time.
- Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, the marinated shrimp and salt to taste.
- Cook the shrimp till it is half done.
- If necessary, add some water.
- Clean the rice, add to shrimp with enough water to cook the rice and coriander. Cook till the rice is done.
