
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 1- Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Celery stems (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Cooked Chickpeas
• 1 cup – Vegetable stock
• 1/2 cup – Pasta
• Few chilli flakes
• Salt
• Few Parsley leaves (chopped)
• Olive oil.
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and saute for few minutes. Then add the celery and parsley leaves and cook for a few seconds. Then add the tomato puree, vegetable stock, chilly flakes and salt and let it boil. Simmer for 3-5 mins.
- Now add the orzo pasta; cook until it is partially cooked. Then add the cooked chickpeas to it and let it boil. Remove from fire.
