Ingredients:

• Tomato – 2
• Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil or Butter – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes into tiny pieces.
  2. Heat oil in an open pan.
  3. Add the tomato pieces and fry till they are well cooked.
  4. Add chilli powder, salt, tomato ketchup and cook for some more time.
  5. Let it cool to room temperature and then serve.
