
Ingredients:
• Tomato – 2
• Tomato ketchup – 3 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil or Butter – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut tomatoes into tiny pieces.
- Heat oil in an open pan.
- Add the tomato pieces and fry till they are well cooked.
- Add chilli powder, salt, tomato ketchup and cook for some more time.
- Let it cool to room temperature and then serve.
