Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – small Onion
• 4 tbsp – Oil
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Tomato paste

Method:

  1. Chop the spinach and clean it.
  2. Chop the onion and add it to the spinach.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the paste and salt to taste.
  4. Cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally till the oil separates.
  5. Serve with rice or rotis.
