Ingredients:

• Spinach frozen – 1 pack
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 2 – green chillies, sliced
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the urad dal.
  2. s the urad dal turns slight brown, add the onions and chillies and fry for some time.
  3. After the onion turn brown, add the cut spinach frozen, cover with a lid for 3 mins, remove the lid and stir fry for another 2 mins till the water dries.
  4. Add salt to taste.
