Ingredients:
• Thick Curd (sour) – 1 cup
• Spinach, cleaned and finely chopped – 1 cup
• Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup
• Green chilli, chopped – 2
• Rice flour – 1 tbsp
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onion and green chillies and fry till brown.
- Add finely chopped spinach and cook till done (do not add water).
- Add rice flour to the curd and stir well.
- Add this mixture to the spinach and bring to a boil.
- Remove from fire and serve hot with rice.
