Ingredients:

• Thick Curd (sour) – 1 cup
• Spinach, cleaned and finely chopped – 1 cup
• Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup
• Green chilli, chopped – 2
• Rice flour – 1 tbsp
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped onion and green chillies and fry till brown.
  3. Add finely chopped spinach and cook till done (do not add water).
  4. Add rice flour to the curd and stir well.
  5. Add this mixture to the spinach and bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from fire and serve hot with rice.
