Ingredients:

• 1 cup -Chana Flour
• 1 cup-Wheat Flour
• 1.5 cup Spinach (very finely chopped )
• 3 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt according to taste
• Water for dough
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Take the flours, spinach, cumin seeds, salt, 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and, with the help of water, make the dough. It should not be too tight or loose.
  2. Now make small balls with the dough and roll them out with the rolling pin.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and fry the puris one by one. Try to fry the puris longer so that the colour turns golden and it’s crisp.
  4. Serve them with sweet mango chutney.
