
Ingredients:
• Paratas – as required
• 1/2 bunch – Boiled Spinach with water drained from it
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – Tomato chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – Cumin
• 1 pinch rai(mustard)
• 1 tbsp – Chopped coriander
• 1/2 tbsp – Chopped Green chilli
• 1 pinch – Haldi powder
• 1 pinch – Dhaniya/coriander powder
• 1 pinch – Salt for taste
• 1 pinch – Chat masala
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – Oil
Method:
- Heat pan. Add oil. Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
- Add chopped onion and saute it till it becomes brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato.
- Stir fry for 2 min.
- Now add rest dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
- Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
- Add the Spinach and mix well.
- Cook for 2- 3 min more.
- Add coriander to garnish.
- Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
- Your yummy Spinach Roll is ready.
