Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 2 cups
• 2.5 pack – frozen Spinach
• Salt – as required
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Prepare a dough with flour, spinach, salt, chilli powder, water and a little oil. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Roll it into 6-8 balls.
- Prepare rotis and put on a hot pan applying oil on both sides. Serve.
