Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Spinach
• 1-2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1.5 cups – buttermilk
• salt

Method:

  1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and saute it with chillies for 2 minutes.
  2. Then grind the spinach and chillies with coconut, mustard and 1/2 cup buttermilk.
  3. Pour into a bowl and dilute it by adding the remaining buttermilk . Add salt to taste.
  4. Served with plain rice or as a raitha.
