Ingredients:
• 1 cup – split peas
• 1 – onion, small
• 4 – Spring onion
• 1.5 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 – Green chillies
• salt
• oil to fry
Method:
- Soak peas for 3-4 hours. Grind peas and onion into a very coarse paste with less water.
- To this, add finely chopped spring onion, garam masala, cut chillies, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Reduce the chilli powder if necessary.
- The above mixture should be rolled into small balls and flattened with the palm. You should make a hole in the centre.
- Fry it in hot oil and enjoy it as a snack or as an accompaniment for a meal.
