
Ingredients:
• Spring onion – 1 bunch
• Green chillies – 7
• Coconut – 2 tsp
• Roasted Peanuts – 2 tsp
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Curds – 1 cup
• Salt – as per taste
• For Seasoning:
• Oil- 2 tbsp
• Mustard- 1/2 tsp
• Jeera- 1/2 tsp
• Hing- a pinch
• Curry leaves- few
Method:
- Clean and cut the spring onions into small pieces. Grind the green chillies, jeera, salt, peanuts and coconut coarsely without water. You can add little curd for grinding.
- Mix the contents add curd.
- Season this with a little oil, mustard, jeera, hing and curry leaves.
