
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 150 g – cabbage, julienned
• 20 g – carrots, julienned
• 4 – radishes, julienned
• 3 tbsp – Raisins
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – mustard sauce
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Soak raisins in water for 20 mins.
- Mix cabbage, carrots and radish together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice, mustard sauce and sugar.
- Toss with the vegetables.
- Garnish with raisins and serve.
