Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 150 g – cabbage, julienned
• 20 g – carrots, julienned
• 4 – radishes, julienned
• 3 tbsp – Raisins
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – mustard sauce
• salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Soak raisins in water for 20 mins.
  2. Mix cabbage, carrots and radish together.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, mustard sauce and sugar.
  5. Toss with the vegetables.
  6. Garnish with raisins and serve.
