Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice
• 4 cups – water
• pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Wash the rice and soak in 4 cups of water and a pinch of salt for 15 mins.
  2. Place on heat and bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and cook on low heat till the rice is cooked and all the water is absorbed.
  4. Cover and allow it to stand for 15 mins before serving.
