Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Sooji
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 and 1/2 cup – Water
• 1 tsp – Eno Fruit Salt
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 2 – Green Chillies, finely chopped (optional)
• Red Chillies, Hing and Kadi patta – For Tadka
• Coriander leaves
• Grated Coconut
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix sooji, curd, water and salt in a container and make it into a batter. Leave the batter for 1/2 an hour.
- Add Eno, salt and green chillies to the batter.
- Pour it in a greased dish and steam it for 10-12 minutes.
- Take it out in a separate dish and cut it into pieces.
- Prepare tadka of mustard seeds, red chillies, hing and kadi patta.
- Pour tadka on it, garnish the dhokla with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
- Serve with a spicy chutney.
