
Ingredients:
• 4 medium-sized hard Pears
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 Cardamoms
• 1 piece Cinnamon
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – water
Method:
- Peel the pears, remove the seeds, core and cut each into 4 pieces.
- Heat 2 cups of water in a pan, add the sugar, cardamoms and cinnamon.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cut pears and simmer till the pears are soft.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Serve with fresh cream or custard.
