
Ingredients:
• 350 g – strawberries, washed and sliced lengthwise into 4
• 1/4 cup – fresh Apple juice (unsweetened)
• For Lemon Sauce:
• 3/4 cup – low fat plain Yoghurt
• 1/4 cup – fresh Orange juice
• 1 pear, cored and grinded
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Lemon rind
Method:
- Place the strawberries in a bowl.
- Pour the apple juice over it and keep in the refrigerator to chill.
- Combine the orange juice, pears, lemon juice and lemon rind in a saucepan.
- Cover and simmer until the liquid is slightly reduced. Chill in refrigerator.
- Spoon the orange cream over strawberries and serve.
