
Ingredients:
• 3- Bangda fish
• 3 -green chillies
• 1/2 pod – Coriander leaves
• small piece – Ginger
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• Vinegar
• salt
Method:
- Grind all ingredients to a fine paste with vinegar. Do not add water.
- Clean mackerel, apply salt on both sides. Stuff the ground spices and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Add oil to a frying pan and add the stuffed mackerel (bangda). Fry well.
