Ingredients:

• 5 – 6 Carrots
• 2 tbsp – besan
• 1 tsp – dhaniya powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Haldi
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix dhaniya powder, jeera powder, besan, chilli powder, haldi, garam masala and salt. Wash and peel carrot and dry it with a cloth.
  2. Cut into 1 inch lengthwise pieces and slit them in the middle.
  3. Fill in each of the carrot piece with the masala mixture that is prepared in step 1.
  4. Pour 1 tbsp oil into the frying pan.
  5. Place the stuffed carrot pieces in the pan and fry all of them till they become soft.
  6. Remove in a serving plate. Pour some lemon juice on the top and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Enjoy with rice or rotis.
