
Ingredients:
• 4 Chicken breasts
• For the stuffing:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 200 g – Mushrooms (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Onions (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 20 g – cheese (grated)
• 5 g – nuts (cashew nuts, raisins, etc.)
• For the marinade:
• 80 g – Cream
• 25 g – cheese (grated) A pinch of Saffron
• 1/4 tsp – pepper (freshly ground)
• A pinch of Cardamom powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, green chillies and ginger, and saute until the onions are golden in colour.
- Add mushrooms and saute on high heat for a minute.
- Add salt, garam masala and chopped cashew nuts and raisins. Stir well.
- Remove from fire and add cheese.
- Mix and set aside to cool.
- Take a bowl and put together the ingredients for the marinade.
- Slit the chicken breasts carefully, open them and stuff each breast with the stuffing and use cocktail sticks to wrap and hold the mixture inside.
- Put the stuffed breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for half an hour or more.
- Put in an oven which has been preheated to 180 degree C and cook till they are soft and golden (20 minutes or so).
- Remove and sprinkle with chaat masala.
- Serve with a green salad.
