Ingredients:

• 1 packet – button Mushrooms
• 250 g – Amul Butter
• 1 bunch – Parsley (chopped finely)
• Bread pieces
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste

Method:

  1. Mix butter with finely chopped parsley and garlic paste.
  2. Remove stem from the mushrooms.
  3. Fill the mushroom caps with the herbed butter, in an oven proof dish and grill for 15 mins or till the mushrooms are nicely coated with the butter.
  4. Serve with small bread pieces.
