
Ingredients:
• 1 – seer fish
• 6 – chillies
• 1 – Coconut
• few – Coriander leaves
• 6 flakes – Garlic
• 2 tsp – Ghee for seasoning
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 4 – Onions
• salt to taste
• 1 – seer fish
• 1 Lemon size – Tamarind
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• little – Vinegar
Method:
- Cut, clean and wash the fish.
- Grind coriander leaves, garlic, ginger and tamarind to a fine paste.
- Chop chillies and slice the onions and tomatoes.
- Grind coconut, extract 1st and 2nd milk.
- Warm the ghee in a pot and fry sliced onions. Then add the 2nd coconut milk, ground masala and chopped ingredients.
- When onion turns soft, place the fish in the pan.
- After 5 mins, add the 1st coconut extract, salt and vinegar to taste.
- Boil for a little while and remove from fire.
