Ingredients:
• 800 gms – Chicken leg
• 5 gms – Chicken powder
• 150 gms – Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 50 gms – Potato starch
• 150 ml – White Vinegar
• 45 ml – Tomato ketchup
• 1 – White Onion
• 20 gms – Seasonal fruits
• 20 gms – Red pepper
• 20 gms – Yellow pepper
• 20 gms – Green pepper
• 3 gms – Salt
Method:
- Heat a wok and add vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup, sugar and potato starch for the sweet and sour sauce.
- Dice red, green and yellow peppers, rock melons and white onions to bite sized portions.
- Slice chicken leg and marinate with chicken powder and egg.
- Deep fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.
- Stir fry all ingredients including chopped peppers, onions and rock melon with the chicken.
- Add sweet and sour sauce. Serve hot.
