Ingredients:

• 800 gms – Chicken leg
• 5 gms – Chicken powder
• 150 gms – Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 50 gms – Potato starch
• 150 ml – White Vinegar
• 45 ml – Tomato ketchup
• 1 – White Onion
• 20 gms – Seasonal fruits
• 20 gms – Red pepper
• 20 gms – Yellow pepper
• 20 gms – Green pepper
• 3 gms – Salt

Method:

  1. Heat a wok and add vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup, sugar and potato starch for the sweet and sour sauce.
  2. Dice red, green and yellow peppers, rock melons and white onions to bite sized portions.
  3. Slice chicken leg and marinate with chicken powder and egg.
  4. Deep fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.
  5. Stir fry all ingredients including chopped peppers, onions and rock melon with the chicken.
  6. Add sweet and sour sauce. Serve hot.
