
Ingredients:
• Lemon – 10
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder -1.5 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 spoon
• Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Cumin – 1/4 spoon
• Sugar – 10 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash, dry and cut lemons in to halves and squeeze out a little juice and cut then into small cubes.
- Put the pieces into an airtight jar.
- Add salt, red chilli, turmeric to pieces and close the lid, shake well.
- Keep for 5 to 6 days, shaking often.
- Warm cumin, mustard, fenugreek in a microwavable bowl and powder it.
- Add this powder, sugar to the lemon pieces and shake well.
- Keep for 1 to 2 days.
