Ingredients:
• 1 cup – avalakki, soaked and drained
• 1 cup – mashed Jaggery mashed
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• Cardamom powder – to taste
• Raisins and cashews for garnish
Method:
- Heat the pan and add the smashed jaggery.
- Stir it on low flame.
- To this, add ghee, cardamom powder and stir it.
- Add the drained avalaki. Keep stirring until it mixes well.
- Sprinkle the grated coconut, cashews and raisins.
