
Ingredients:
• 3 – Beetroots
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Vinegar
• 1/4 cup – water
Method:
- Boil and skin the beetroots, and slice them.
- Mix vinegar, water and sugar.
- Soak the beetroot in the solution and store.
