Ingredients:

• 1 loaf – bread (remove the sides)
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – nuts (cashew)
• 1 pinch – elaichi
• water

Method:

  1. Tear the bread into very small pieces.
  2. Add all the above ingredients into it except water.
  3. Add a little water just to make it a dough.
  4. Keep for 15-20 mins.
  5. Heat oil in a vessel.
  6. Make small balls out of this dough and put in the vessel.
  7. Fry till it gets brownish.
