
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sweet Corn
• 1 tsp each – pepper and cumin
• 2 cubes – cheese
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Steam or microwave the sweet corn for five minutes and keep aside.
- Grate the cheese cubes and crush the pepper and cumin coarsely.
- Mix everything with a light hand and add salt to taste.
- Serve warm.
