Ingredients:

• 200 g – sweet Corn kernels, boiled
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – Tamarind pulp
• 1/2 cup – onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – tomato, chopped
• 2 tsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Kashmiri mirch powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• To taste – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – chaat masala

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute.
  2. Stir in tamarind pulp, and add Kashmiri mirch, garam masala and salt.
  3. Add sweet corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with onion and tomatoes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
  6. Serve chilled.
