
Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• 1 pinch – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a pan and add milk in it. Let it boil.
- Add beaten eggs into milk.
- Stir well, then add sugar, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Stir continuously so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
- Wait till the eggs get thick and a little amount of milk remains.
- The bhurji is ready to eat.
