Ingredients:

• 4 – semi raw mangoes (poly mangoes)
• 1 cup – Vinegar
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tbsp – chopped Ginger
• 2 tbsp – salt
• 100 g – Raisins
• 2 small sticks – Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Wash the mangoes and dry them well.
  2. Peel the skin and grate the mangoes.
  3. Discard the seeds.
  4. Add the grated mango, cinnamon and raisins to the vinegar and sugar. Cook on low heat, till soft.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Simmer for 5 more mins, then remove from heat.
  7. Cool and store in bottles.
