Ingredients:

• 1 cup – gram flour
• 2.5 cups – Sugar
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp – Milk

Method:

  1. Fry the gram flour till the raw smell is gone.
  2. Boil ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and half cup of water.
  3. When it starts boiling nicely, add one tbsp of milk.
  4. When the milk starts boiling nicely, reduce the flame.
  5. Add the gram flour and mix well till it becomes thick and does not stick to the vessel.
  6. As soon as bubbles appear, pour onto a plate and shake the plate lightly to even out the mixture.
  7. Allow it to dry.
  8. Cut it into pieces after half an hour and serve.
