Ingredients:
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 2.5 cups – Sugar
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp – Milk
Method:
- Fry the gram flour till the raw smell is gone.
- Boil ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and half cup of water.
- When it starts boiling nicely, add one tbsp of milk.
- When the milk starts boiling nicely, reduce the flame.
- Add the gram flour and mix well till it becomes thick and does not stick to the vessel.
- As soon as bubbles appear, pour onto a plate and shake the plate lightly to even out the mixture.
- Allow it to dry.
- Cut it into pieces after half an hour and serve.
