
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Poha
• 1/4 cup – Jaggery
• 1/4 cup – Coconut shredded/desiccated
• 1 tsp – Cardamom
Method:
- Soak poha for 15-20 minutes. Drain completely by squeezing out the excess water.
- Put in a bowl and add the jaggery, coconut and cardamom.
- Mix well and serve.
