
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Basmati Rice
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• pinch of yellow colour
• 1/3 tsp – Ghee or Butter
• 10 – 12 – chopped Almonds
• 1/4 cup – Raisins
Method:
- Boil rice in a vessel with water and yellow colour.
- In a heavy pan, heat ghee and remove from the stove.
- Add sugar and then the rice and mix well.
- Turn on the flame, add almond, raisins and turn off the heat after a minute.
