Method:
- Clean and chop lady’s fingers.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, splutter mustard, add fenugreek, aniseed, curry leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Saute for a while and add the cut lady’s fingers.
- Add tamarind pulp and cook till the lady’s fingers are tender.
- Finally, add jaggery and grated coconut. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
