Ingredients:

• 12 big Lemon
• For Masala:
• ¾ gm – jaggery, finely cut
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• ½ cup – salt
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• ¼ tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Wash all the lemon.
  2. Cut each lemon into eight pieces.
  3. pply salt and turmeric powder to the lemon pieces.
  4. Store in an airtight jar for 3-4 days but stir once a day.
  5. Remove the lemon pieces from the water formed.
  6. Preserve a tbsp of the salt water.
  7. Dry the pieces on a piece of cloth for about 12 hours.
  8. Thoroughly rub a tbsp of salted lemon water with finely cut jaggery and mix thoroughly.
  9. Mix the prepared mixture thoroughly with lemon pieces.
  10. Store in an air tight jar for 8-10 days.
  11. Stir well in the jar once a day each day.
