Ingredients:
• 12 big Lemon
• For Masala:
• ¾ gm – jaggery, finely cut
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• ½ cup – salt
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• ¼ tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Wash all the lemon.
- Cut each lemon into eight pieces.
- pply salt and turmeric powder to the lemon pieces.
- Store in an airtight jar for 3-4 days but stir once a day.
- Remove the lemon pieces from the water formed.
- Preserve a tbsp of the salt water.
- Dry the pieces on a piece of cloth for about 12 hours.
- Thoroughly rub a tbsp of salted lemon water with finely cut jaggery and mix thoroughly.
- Mix the prepared mixture thoroughly with lemon pieces.
- Store in an air tight jar for 8-10 days.
- Stir well in the jar once a day each day.
