Ingredients:
• 1 cup – fresh Ridge gourd skin
• 2 tbsp – Tamarind pulp
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 2 – whole dry Red Chillies
Method:
- Heat oil in a thick pan, splutter jeera and mustard and add the red chillies and fry till crisp.
- Add the ridge gourd skin, and salt.
- Cover and cook till the skin is soft.
- Remove and cool, grind with all other ingredients.
- Serve.
