Ingredients:

• 500 ml – container vanilla low-fat Yoghurt
• Peeled, sliced ripe peaches, nectarines or other fruits – 1.5 cups
• Honey – 2 tbsp
• Wheat germ – 1/4 cup.

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor container.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with additional wheatgerm.
  5. For a thicker, frosty smoothie, freeze fruit overnight.
  6. Use frozen fruit.
