
Ingredients:
• 250 gms. Tomatoes
• 10 Pieces of fresh Coriander leaves
• Piece of Ginger
• 1 tsp. Garlic paste
• ½ tsp. Sugar
• 12 tsp. Cream
• ½ tsp. salt
• 2 Green chillies
• 1 tbsp. Butter
Method:
- Finely grate the ginger.
- Heat the butter and cook the ginger and garlic paste gently but avoid browning.
- Chop tomatoes, add to the pan with the coriander leaves, salt and chillies and continue cooking over a low heat.
- Push through a strainer.
- Put back in the pan and reduce until the right consistency is obtained.
- Season and add the sugar.
- Finish with the cream and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
