Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 Tomatoes (large)
• 4 piece of Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander seed
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
  2. Roast cumin and coriander seed. Grind to fresh powder.
  3. In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown.
  4. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
  5. When it boils, put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
  6. Before taking out, sprinkle the dry masala. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapattis.
