Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 Tomatoes (large)
• 4 piece of Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander seed
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
- Roast cumin and coriander seed. Grind to fresh powder.
- In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown.
- Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
- When it boils, put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
- Before taking out, sprinkle the dry masala. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapattis.
