Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 – Red Chillies
• 3 to 4 – pods of Garlic
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• Tamarind the size of a small ball
• 1/4 cup – curds
• salt to taste
• 2 cups – water

Method:

  1. Grind the red chillies, garlic, coconut and tamarind.
  2. Mix this with the curd and the salt. Add the water, mix well and serve cold.
  3. Goes well with rice.
