Ingredients:

• 6 – Potatoes
• Some dry fruits
• 50 g – Paneer
• 2 – potatoes, boiled
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/3 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• Some coriander
• 5 g -butter
• 1 g – Saunf powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Hollow out the unboiled potatoes.
  2. Cut 1 cm x 1 cm pieces of paneer, boiled potatoes and dry fruits.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  4. After 5 mins, put the spices, paneer, boiled potatoes and dry fruits in the pan.
  5. Cook for 2 mins. Take out and cool.
  6. Stuff the hollowed potatoes with the prepared mixture.
  7. Arrange 2 pieces on the grill and grill for about 3 mins.
  8. Take out and serve.
