Ingredients:
• 1 kg – white fish fillets, (cut into pieces)
• 1/3 cup – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – ginger(chopped)
• 4 nos – Garlic pods
• 1 tbsp – coriander seeds(ground)
• 1 tbsp – cumin seeds(jeerakam) (ground)
• 1 tbsp – cayenne pepper(ground)
• 1/2 cup – oil
• salt as require
Method:
- Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper and oil in a blender.
- Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.
- Place fish pieces on a baking tray and broil for 10 mins.
- Turn over on the other side and broil for about 7 mins again.
