Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Extra firm Tofu (cubed)
• 2 – Onion (big, cubed)
• cups – Green bell pepper (cubed)
• 1 tsp – Paprika powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Dry Parsley leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• Salt
Method:
- In a bowl, make a paste with the paprika powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, dry parsley leaves, olive oil and salt.
- Add the cubed tofu pieces to the paste, toss gently, and let it marinate for half an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
- Arrange the marinated tofu cubes with cubed onion chunks and cubed bell pepper chunks by piercing them with wooden skewers.
- Place each skewer over a baking sheet lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes till the tofu pieces become brown and crispy.
- Serve with salads.
